William Bradley Pitt is an American actor and film
producer. Brad Pitt is a well known actor in Hollywood and is best known for
his versatility and handsome face. Pitt has received several titles such “Sexiest
Man Alive”, quoted by the People’s magazines and others like the “Most Handsome
Male”.
The 50 year old actor is widely recognized for his
excellent acting skills, a few highlights being his roles in the films, “Fight
Club (1999)”, “Moneyball (2011)” and “Ocean’s Eleven (2001)”. Pitt has been
involved in the acting industry from a very young age. His initial years were
in the television industry, playing roles in shows like “Another World” and
“Dallas”. However, Pitt came into the film industry much later in the 1980’s,
but his career saw the biggest breakthrough in the year 1992 when Pitt got a
leading role in a high budget film, “A River Runs Through It”. Soon Pitt was a
famous face in the industry and well known film makers wanted him. Other hits
gave by Brad Pitt include, “True Romance (1993)”, “Interview with the Vampire:
The Vampire Chronicles (1994)”, “Legends of the Fall (1994)”, “Se7en (1995)”
and “Twelve Monkeys (1995)”.

has a vivid and versatile quality for the cinema. He has played romantic roles,
emotional ones, that of a detective and has also acted in horror films. His
versatility is one reason that he has numerous acclaims to his name, including
several Golden Globe Awards, Academy Awards, BAFTA Awards, Producers Guild of
America, and the list is endless. Pitt also owns a production company named
“Plan B entertainment” whose productions include “The Departed (2006)”. The
film won Academy award.
As regards his personal life, the actor cum producer
was married to actress Jennifer Aniston for 5 years (2000-2005). Currently,
Pitt is engaged to actress Angelina Jolie. Jolie and Pitt have been together
for a good while now and are planning their wedding anytime soon. Jolie and
Pitt have six children together- three adopted and three biological. Pitt once
stated to the media that he wasted a lot of time of his life before falling in
love with Jolie. The couple is one of the most famous couples in the industry
and has attracted substantial media attention.
As quoted in the words of Brad Pitt, “You have to
lose everything, in order to gain everything”. Seems that the actor lost a lot
of things that are never seen in order to reach at such height of his career at
which he is today.
