actor, director and producer, George Clooney was born in Kentucky, United
States on May 6, 1961. He started his film career much later and initially
appeared in television drama series, “E/R”. This was his first camera
appearance in the year 1984, and gradually George had numerous other shows in
his pocket. He played several roles on television shows like “Sisters”,
“Roseanne”, “The Facts of Life”, etc.
George’s filming career began when he was
simultaneously working on his first television show, “E/R”. He played roles in
films like “From Dusk Till Dawn (1996)”, “One Fine Day (1996)”, “Batman and
Robin (1997)”, “Out of Sight (1997)”, “The Thin Red Line (1998)”, and “Three

come on the season finale of the drama series.
According to the closest people in George’s life, it
has been revealed that George never had plans for Hollywood or even the
television industry. He was a brilliant sportsperson in his high school
(Augusta High School) and always had his area of interest in baseball and
basketball. However, George did realize that his career lies in filming when he
was offered a petty role in one of the television shows, which was too arranged
by his cousin brother.
After this incidence, George had a clear picture of
what he wanted his career to be, and hence, he pursued his acting career and
shot for other television shows and finally, the film industry. Then he was
unstoppable and George saw impeccable heights in his career. Apart from acting,
George started his production house in partnership with one of his friends,
Steven Soderbergh. They named it “Section Eight Productions”. The films that
were launched under the banner of this production house included “Far from
Heaven (2002), Syriana (2005), A Scanner Darkly (2006), and Good Night, and
Good Luck. (2005).” However, this production house could not run for long and
it was shut in 2006. It wasn’t much later than this that George established
another production house with his friend and business partner, Grant Heslov,
and it was named as, “Smokehouse Productions”.
George
Clooney has won three Golden Globe Awards for his work as
an actor and two Academy Awards. He also won an Oscar for best supporting actor
in “Syriana”. George Clooney’s career has been a remarkable journey and the 52
